The Little family gets bigger when they adopt a young mouse named Stuart (Michael J. Fox) into their home, much to the dismay of Snowbell, the family cat. But through love and courage, Stuart resolves to overcome their differences. Adapted from E.B. White’s first children’s novel, Stuart Little explores the importance of family and togetherness, and how big things can come in small packages.
We are excited to continue our partnership with Columbia Artist/Teachers (CA/T) offering creative writing and other art-making workshops for kids and families, led by a faculty and student team from Columbia’s School of the Arts. After Stuart Little, please join us in the Lenfest Lobby for a family fun creative experience led by Columbia/Artist Teachers (CA/T), MFA Writing students, School of the Arts faculty members, and clown-magician-artist Looney Lenny. We will have writing and art activities related to the themes in Stuart Little, magic, fun … and snacks! Artistic supplies will be provided, no experience is necessary, and adult companions are invited to stay.
